I don’t have a doorbell but one thing to check is your NVR firmware is the latest. Don’t use the app or NVR to check for firmware. It doesn’t work. Always says up to date. Get you NVR model and Hardware version number (eg mine is RLN8-410 and N7MB01). Also look at what your current firmware version is. Go to site: https://m.reolink.com/au/download-center/ And plug in your NVR details. Update your NVR firmware if there is a more recent version available.
