You just need to do a bit of googling. The Arisen is a Wabbajack modlist made by aljoxo, however it is no longer supported by its creator. I am unsure if you can still download it but heres the link. https://github.com/aljoxo/Arisen I am not posting my modlist because in all honesty it wouldn't be helpful to anyone trying to copy it. I have about 2100 active plugins. A fair amount of them come from Patreon animation mods.
Also, if you want to get even more into the Elder Scrolls series and it's roots, Daggerfall is currently free on Bethesda's Website, and it has a full, modern engine rebuild in Unity, available for free here, but it's also available on Steam, not sure if they're charging for it there though, I downloaded it for free pre-assembled on Lutris, but that's because I use Kubuntu Linux as my OS :) Finally, here's an amazing Daggerfall Unity Modlist to get you started! Honestly, even the "full overhaul" doesn't change the game very much, I recommend using the total overhaul with all the difficulty and gameplay mods removed, or if you just want to get it up and running, just use the Vanilla+ list :)
