Firstly, I'm using Moonlight for this, which requires an nvidia GPU. There's another program out there called Sunshine, but I don't have any experience with it. You can consult Moonlight's Wiki/Setup Guide here, but these are the steps it took for me:

I haven't done anything with Gamepass yet, my Windows install is very fresh and a work in progress, but so far so good. There was actually a software made by a guy that fixes these control issues and makes it work called Steam Deck Tools: https://github.com/ayufan/steam-deck-tools
