    It is not true that AzerothCore's policy is to merge hacks too, or poorer code in general, compared to TrinityCore. This is just a legend. At AzerothCore, we actually have a stricter merging process where, unlike TrinityCore and any other emulation project that I'm aware of, NO ONE at AzerothCore is allowed to push code directly into the master branch. Not even admins. All developers have to open a Pull Request (PR) which must be reviewed and tested before it gets accepted. You can verify this by checking the AzerothCore official repository.
