Syncs insulin pump data from Tandem t:connect to Nightscout for the t:slim X2

I was looking at setting up a nightscout instance and feed it with https://github.com/jwoglom/tconnectsync .. having cgm and treatment in one open source UI would hopefully then be useful. I believe this gives a path to putting insulin treatment records into Apple Health.
