synology-photos-slideshow is simply a full-screen slideshow of a Photos album - I used it to build a digital photo frame with Raspberry Pi, although considering the abysmal speed of Synology Photos built-in slideshow (where photos change every ~4 seconds) and lack of any way to change it, I can imagine other uses as well. Setting this one up is a bit more involved, but I tried to describe everything step-by-step in the README file.
