Most of my favorites are being mentioned by others, so I’ll just point out Tiny Wi-Fi Analyzer. Apple annoyingly doesn’t allow WiFi analyzers in the iOS App Store, so when my last working Android device died, I went looking for a Mac version. This was exactly what I wanted.
