I'm kind of hoping there's just a de-facto standard for how 8051 MCUs are programmed, and I'm just assumed to know what it is. I tried https://github.com/grigorig/stcgal hooked up to its UART pins, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I'm hoping it's not just locked with no way to reprogram it.
