I faced this problem as well, once I enabled full screen on my ultra-wide. Using this: https://github.com/Lyall/StarTrekResurgenceFix fixed it. But about 30 minutes into the game, the video and audio started stuttering so badly, I can't play it. Waiting on the patch.
