Get a program like this one: https://github.com/Jagailo/YetAnotherKeyDisplayer to show exactly when you press a button, boot up CS:GO, set host_timescale 0.01, bring up cl_showpos 1 and cl_showfps 3 and record your shots with the same script you're currently using.
If your keyboard comes with it’s own software it might already have some functionality built in for key remapping, if this is not the case you could achieve this with a separate program. I don’t use windows myself (and i assume you do) but this was the first thing i could find. I think you could also do this with AutoHotkey
