If you install add-ons from the "Recommended Add-ons" pinned post they all have great scrapers. Universal scrapers aren't compatible and I have no idea what "python scrapers" is. Python is a computer language used to create add-ons. The Kodi Matrix repo has the MLB TV add-on. It's best to go direct to the developer to see what's going on and report any issues. Both UWC and Cumination are done at the above link.
