Is there a way to trick a game into thinking I have a G29 Wheel.
Your might need to use https://github.com/x360ce/x360ce

Do you guys recommend motorsport for a guy has no wheel?
I use a Joystick and the x360ce emulator to map it's functions to a virtual gamepad. Not perfect, but works a lot more precise than an actual gamepad.

Why is aiming difficult to program for controllers?
On PC you have a few options. Most simplistically some games will let you adjust at least the deadzone size in a config or ini file if the in-game menu doesn't have an option. Durazno and x360ce can alter the stick input, functionally turning square deadzones into radial ones but the game needs to use .dll files in its library to work which limits its use. [DS4Windows]((https://ds4-windows.com/))(need a PS4 controller) and Steam Input have deadzone and antideadzone options, but to counter axial deadzones I think you also have to use axial deadzones too(could still counter the size). reWASD(paid)'s full version can allow you alter the stick curve to functionally set up an antideadzone and alter the curve, but I'm not sure if it can address games with axial deadzones.

do any of you use the citra-valentin-qt.exe build?
I installed the free software https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Process_Explorer and then let it run and then started valenting. In the explorer processes I saw an error entry with a red label. I doubleclicked on it and it told me an entry in the windows eventviewer was created. I went into the eventviewer and saw this: https://i.imgur.com/2AjLcmR.png. Then I googled "ezfrd64.dll crash" and found this website: https://github.com/x360ce/x360ce/issues/1178 They talk about the driver of some gamepad. I also installed a gamepad driver recently called "Speedlink". I removed said driver from my system and now citra valentin is starting up again.

DS4Windows Does not recognize my controller
I recommend the UCR (Universal Controller Remapper) software. It is kind of difficult to setup but it is the most responsive software I've used. Alternatively, you may try XOutput or X360ce, which are simpler but you may run into problems.

hotas support ??
You can use x360ce to map joystick axes and buttons to what looks to the program like the expected controller inputs. I use it all the time with an old Logitech joystick. Works fine. Here's my current mapping.

Is there a way to rename buttons in controller?
Not really, but if you are not using a Xbox-compatible controller you can use an Xinput wrapper such as UCR, x360ce or even the controller configurator built into Steam Big Picture. If you are using an Xbox controller and you see "Button 1..." in a game, then that game probably is too old to support Xinput and is using Dinput instead, and I doubt there's anything you can do.

I hate as a person what I'm forced to do as a user
For gamepad control it looks like there is a program to do just that here .

[Recommendation] Not necessary, but cool software to tweak your devices (webcam, keyboard etc.)

What’s the best way to multiple inputs to a single pushbutton?
I have an unused 24mm button on my stick, and I’d like to be able to assign to it two (or more) inputs so it can be used with AntiMicroX for some other function (i.e. 'Select+R3' would press F12, which is bound to 'Reset' in Retroarch). I originally planned for this button to be used for Turbo, but I changed my mind once I realized how many possibilities there are with AntiMicroX. Like the button could run shell scripts or some win32 executable, which is pretty neat.

Playing Flash Games With a Controller
Like the other person said, Flash has no native support for that. Even games with controller support in mind (Like Super Mario Crossover) tell you to install programs for using controllers, so yeah, you would have to use an external program to accomplish this. I personally would advocate using AntiMicro which is available for free, just install and assign controller buttons to emulate key presses.
