Is there anybody that could decompile these bnk files for me?
Sure, vgmstream and wwiser can play the audio in the bnk files, and the latter can even play events and export the metadata in a format that lets you play them with the former. I only didn't link them because I wasn't sure it would be appreciated in this subreddit, but since OP removed the post anyways, I see no reason not to.

You can also try to use the ginsor audio tool to extract specific voice lines. Just download D2 off steam for free, install ginsor audio tool, then point it to your D2 install and it'll let you pull all the line from Saladin or anyone else that speaks in game.
