Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

A basic question about running Weewx
. Another better option in my opinion is to run it in a docker container https://github.com/felddy/weewx-docker seems to be a solution. As you are using ecowitt I would also highly suggest to take a look at the FOSHKplugin https://loxwiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LOXBERRY/pages/1252524456/FOSHKplugin+-+generic+version With this one you can use it to forward to as many destinations as you want. I am currently forwarding to CumulusMX and an influxdb database.

Best way to send Davis Pro2 data into a time series database
The use of the WeatherLink Live pushes the information directly to weatherlink.com (Davis owned) along with being able to push information from there to WU. It is possible to modify weewx to extract information from the WeatherLink Live hardware (see https://github.com/michael-slx/weewx-weatherlink-live) and use weewx to push the information to other locations such as CWOP, PWSWeather, and WeatherBug.
