RX 580 frame drops, driver crashes/timeouts
I tried running waifu2x-converter-cpp (AI-powered image upscaling), which caused my GPU driver to crash after 9 minutes. So the issue apparently isn't limited to just games.

[School Days] I wanted to upload some upscaled wallpaper photos from the School Days website to share. When upscaled to a contemporary resolution I think the art style looks really pretty to be honest.
http://waifu2x.udp.jp/ is another upscaling website if you go over the other website's liimit. There's also offline versions like waifu2x-converter-cpp that run directly on your computer and is only limited by your graphics card. I've been a little too obsessed lately and I've even went so far as to upscale entire anime episodes frame by frame. (upscalling some 40,000 images can take a day or two depending on how you do it)

Windows 10 waifu2x
If you are a windows user, I recommend you to use waifu2x-caffe (Just download from releases tab), waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan or waifu2x-conver-cpp.

CUDA integration for C#
I've used cudafy some years ago and it worked quite well. https://github.com/lepoco/CUDAfy.NET

CUDA development with C#
But proof me wrong tho, not saying you should stop using it. I would personally advise you to learn C++ as this might be easier to understand if you come from a OO background. But if you still want to use C# you can look for unofficial wrappers around cuda. Here are a couple of them: - http://kunzmi.github.io/managedCuda/ - https://github.com/mlivernoche/CudaSharper - https://github.com/rapiddev/CUDAfy.NET
What are some alternatives?
