Wasavi – VI editor for any webpage
When I'm using Safari I've found myself using Vimari: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vimari/id1480933944?mt=12
It's also available on GitHub if you're not interested in the Mac App Store: https://github.com/televator-apps/vimari
It works pretty well, but I've strayed away from using Vim & Vim bindings for everything after getting into using Emacs on my Linux box at work.

Any cool Safari extensions recommended?
Vimari to move fast with keyboard.

Show HN: I am building a Safari Web Extension to switch tabs efficiently
Thank you!! I use vimium and love it! I have not used its tab navigation though. I just use it because Vim life haha!
There is also https://github.com/televator-apps/vimari the Safari port thought it is not full featured as vimium.

Best Safari extensions?
I love Vimari (vim bindings), Wipr (ad blocking) and Simplified Twitter (clean Twitter UI).

Awesome! I just hit this issue and found the relevant discussion on GitHub.

Great Safari extension to save you from having to reach up all the time, especially if you have the SmartFolio Keyboard (Keys for Safari)
I assume this is like a lite version of the Mac extension Vimari and its link hint feature? Except the user cannot (yet) customize the hint keys?

Vim keybindings on safari?
There you go : https://github.com/televator-apps/vimari Works pretty well!

Do you folks have any unpopular vim script customizations you are proud of?
vim-easymotion together with space as mapleader (let mapleader = "\" in your .vimrc) can open up a new world for you.

F/f/T/t highlight plugin?
Why not sneak or easymotion?

Vim user Switching to Colemak-DHm, need advice.
I'm also on team no remap. I don't use hjkl anymore and instead have a nav layer bound to where hjkl would be when I hold a thumb key down. I also use https://github.com/easymotion/vim-easymotion Bound to norm s.

How to move really efficiently in Vim?
Incredible that nobody mentioned vim-easymotion - totally necessary for me.

By vim motions, do you mean native motions or extended motions with plugins like vim easymotion and vim sneak? Those are the two I've been trying out recently.

Leap.nvim: Neovim’s Answer to the Mouse
Been around since ~2012 via vim-easymotion as well: https://github.com/easymotion/vim-easymotion

Line motions why is there no `[count]gm`?
I second the suggestion of using a plugin like easymotion. https://github.com/easymotion/vim-easymotion

window switching and splitting
For switching: I suggest you try easymotion. Basically it lets you jump (or I'd like to call it teleport) to anywhere on screen even across visible windows. I cannot imagine my workflow without it.
What are some alternatives?
vimium - The hacker's browser.
hop.nvim - Neovim motions on speed!
Surfingkeys - Map your keys for web surfing, expand your browser with javascript and keyboard.
vim-sneak - The missing motion for Vim :athletic_shoe:
vimac - Productive macOS keyboard-driven navigation
leap.nvim - Neovim's answer to the mouse 🦘
Keys - Keys for Safari is a browser extension that lets users keyboard-navigate the web by dynamically generating and rendering shortcut keys in the least ugly/confusing way possible.
Vieb - Vim Inspired Electron Browser - Vim bindings for the web by design
quick-scope - Lightning fast left-right movement in Vim

lightspeed.nvim - deprecated in favor of leap.nvim
