SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
It's called Keys for Safari. Its available on Mac and iPad for $1. Full disclosure, I helped develop it. All sales (excluding Apple's 15% cut) go to charity and is free for anyone with a disability. Its also open source on GitHub if you want to contribute.
I assume this is like a lite version of the Mac extension Vimari and its link hint feature? Except the user cannot (yet) customize the hint keys?
