    It still sounds like what you are looking for is parquet. It is language and framework agnostic and is what e.g Delta, Apache Iceberg, and Hudi use under the hood. But maybe what you are looking for is a a way to convert from the SPSS / SAS formats to parquet. There are several tools out there that can help with that.
