Emacs Web Wowser
You can change Firefox's default modifier to other key (so new tab will be, for example, A-n and you will be ablrle to bind C-n to "down"). You can check my config for tridactyl - I described it in readme

It's happening! Emacs is being absorbed into my being
There is tridactyl with emacs bindings. It is far from perfect, but it brings some resemblance of Emacs hotkeys in Firefox.

Getting crazy trying to fill in text on Firefox/Chrome using Emacs keybindings
You can change the modifier key used in Firefox bindings. Go to about:config page and set ui.key.accelKey to 91 (WinKey). After that C-n will be changed to Win-N. BTW you can use emacs bindings in Firefox, see https://github.com/jumper047/tridactyl_emacs_config

Personal Linux config with several options (bspwm, i3, autokey) to get Emacs keybindings everywhere
But i found another set of bindings here which didn't have the same issue https://github.com/psederberg/autokey-emacs-config which also supports some sort of marking, but i am dubious about how well it works.

Finally, I've been using Autokey recently, with some emacs bindings (I've been changing these around, but great starting point): https://github.com/psederberg/autokey-emacs-config
