Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.

Oddly specific use case for the UDR question
Like brimur mentioned, if you won't realistically need anything besides the UniFi controller, just run it off an existing computer or a Pi. If you want to monitor the trashcan, you can use tmo-live-graph - it doesn't show active traffic, but it does show signal information (which might be more useful in general).

Yes, I built that information into https://github.com/highvolt-dev/tmo-live-graph/ for users on the Nokia (no carrier aggregation info available in the Arcadyan as far as I know - it does show connected bands as an array but I've only seen one value in it)

Re: " windows don't cascade if the mouse didn't move". That is annoying. For me, the exact behavior seems oddly app dependent. You can raise an issue on https://github.com/nclarius/KWin-window-positioning-scripts and discuss possible solutions, if any.
