Oddly specific use case for the UDR question
Like brimur mentioned, if you won't realistically need anything besides the UniFi controller, just run it off an existing computer or a Pi. If you want to monitor the trashcan, you can use tmo-live-graph - it doesn't show active traffic, but it does show signal information (which might be more useful in general).

Yes, I built that information into https://github.com/highvolt-dev/tmo-live-graph/ for users on the Nokia (no carrier aggregation info available in the Arcadyan as far as I know - it does show connected bands as an array but I've only seen one value in it)
