I have been using Material Decoration: https://github.com/Zren/material-decoration, but this was mostly for the locally integrated menus (until I started trying Wayland on which they are not supported unfortunately). However, this is only for Window Decorations (not menus and desktop). Someone else mentioned ClassiK which looks like it can be customised: https://store.kde.org/p/1663327.
