The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I am looking for someone to crack my algorithm
Hello, today I wrote my own cryptography algorithm. Maybe someone already made it before me (if it is tell me) but I wrote it all by myself without knowing anything. I know nothing about cryptography and how to crack it, so I'm looking for someone to crack my algorithm. It is written in python and you can find it at https://github.com/Tesohh/tesohhcrypt

frozenkrill: a minimalist Bitcoin wallet focused on cold storage
In my script DoubleSlow Keystretcher I am handling the key stretching differently, I am using not only Argon2, but also Scrypt.

How to use Electrum on an air-gapped computer by transferring transaction data into the air-gapped computer by hand (with the keyboard or mouse only)
More time it takes to derive the seed (with doubleslow). It can be configured to run for hours.

I made an Electrum seed with a cat and it works!
The key stretching with the "seed extension" (also known as "extension word" and "passphrase") in the BIP39 specification is very weak (PBKDF2 using 2048 iterations of HMAC-SHA512), this is why I wrote Doubleslow Keystretcher.
