Twitch Chat Downloader v0.4.1
Pre-built binaries for Windows, Linux, and macOS are available at https://github.com/matteopolak/tcd/releases/tag/v0.4.1. If you're on Linux, you'll need to make sure you have openssl installed. Windows and macOS should be good to go out of the box. Information in building from source is available in the README of the repository (also bundled with each installation).

Ceres - Archive Twitch VODs and Streams
Ceres is a web application that allows you to archive past VODs with a rendered chat, and now with the latest version, live stream support was added aswell. Alongside the video and chat render, all VOD/stream information is archived alongside a JSON file of the chat. Below is the folder layout for an archived stream. It is open and designed around the need of not needing Ceres to view the archived VOD.
