The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

First project: bare-metal stopwatch
If you want to do bare-metal programming, you may want to take a look at my stm32f103-example project. It's for a different microcontroller than the one you're using, obviously, but converting it to work with an F4 part should be fairly straightforward. (I use the same framework for all of my STM32 projects.)

When using STMF303K8, why does the ADC voltage regulator turn 0 after activating the ADC enable control?
Use the CMSIS definitions of registers. They will save you a lot of time. If you're unhappy with having to repeat the names of peripherals, consider using something like the FIELD macros I wrote here.

Converting the startup script to C?
The VECTOR macro expands to a sequence of assembler directives which uses .org. It'll end up creating gaps as needed.

Using binary numbers in C
And with a helper macro, you can rewrite the first bit as:

[USB HID] How do USB endpoint transmissions map to report descriptors
What is the relationship between the data packets? I went through a mouse emulation example and the first field seems to be the "mouse" reporting. But, following that example convention, do the buttons come first, needing "my amount" of buttons in bits (in my case, 35 buttons is 6 bytes of data), then the axes with 12 bytes taken up (2 bytes for each value of 6 axes)?

Drive PWM with STM32L4 and libopencm3
I have had success creating a PWM using a different general purpose timer on a different GPIO. So I am pretty sure I got the basic configuration correct. What throws me off a little is the fact, that Channel 2N (CH2N) seems to share registers with Channel 2 (CH2). They seem to be complementary somehow. So I stayed close to [this example]([https://github.com/libopencm3/libopencm3-examples/blob/master/examples/stm32/f1/stm32-h103/pwm_6step/pwm_6step.c) for the STM32F1 and configured all necessary settings for both channels CH2N and CH2.

What's the ESP32 S3 Floating point performance?
Using libopencm3-examples lcd-serial as the base so that I could print the results to the onboard screen. Quickest way I could think to get the results since I don't know how to get to the serial console off the top of my head.
