  • I've heard problems like that from both the official app and mine. Thankfully with my apk's you can fix firmware update problems by uninstalling the current app then installing an older one of mine ( https://gitlab.com/alelec/fossil_smartwatches_alelec_android/-/package_files/10275755/download ) which will force a downgrade on the watch when you connect it. Then upgrade again to latest. And hopefully it'll be all sorted.
