Anyone noticed how dynamic collections don't affect sharedconfig.vdf anymore?
So, I've been trying my see around if I can fix my steam library via steamgrid until I realized that whatever I do with my collections, my two biggest ones can't be modified. Digging deeper realized that sharedconfig.vdf no longer updates the tags when it's on a dynamic collection. Even renaming said dynamic collection doesn't affect the file at all...
- Anyone know how to get photos on these I can work out how to in the desktop mode but not in game mode ?

Is there a way to add Images to non steam games?
There’s an automated way of doing it for all your games. https://github.com/boppreh/steamgrid Create a steamgriddb api key and add it as a parameter when you run the exe file. It autodetects everything and downloads cover arts, icons etc

Second, you need to download the tool, to do that just go to [this page](https://github.com/boppreh/steamgrid) and in the download section of the page click on the Linux version if you want this for the steam deck or the windows version if you want it for your Windows PC. Then go where you downloaded the zip, unzip it and enter inside the folder.

Then go where you downloaded the zip, unzip it and enter inside the folder. On Linux (Steam Deck) you will have to do an additional step: right click on the executable called "steamgrid" click on properties and then move to the tab called "Permissions" in this tab you will have to enable the check box that says "Is Executable".
