Looking deeper into Mr Mayor, it looks like Dtv is rejecting the last 3 episodes because the records returned by Trakt.tv do not have a TVDBID, which the first four episodes have. Dtv expects all episodes records to contain a TVDBID. Trakt.tv are in the process of implementing a switch from using TVDB for the episode data to TMDB.
