Skyrim AE pirated help
I'd grab the one from gog-games.to, I can't link directly as that's against the rules. It's compatible with MO2 (Mod Organizer 2) as well as having a version of skse64 (Skyrim Script Extender x64 available for it.

Check your Skyrim game version, and make sure you have the correct SKSE version: https://skse.silverlock.org/

Download the new version of SKSE from one of these links: Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) (silverlock.org) or Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE64) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

Skyrim AE doesnt launch after downgrade
Go here: https://skse.silverlock.org/ and download the version for Skyrim 1.6.640, at work so I cannot view the version you need, its like 2.2.3, there a 3 on the end. There is a mod on Nexus as well but I have never used that and not sure the older versions are available. SKSE has already been updated for 1.6.1130.

Visual Shaking
From what I've experienced giving technical support to Oculus headsets users is anyone who's using SkyrimVR or more importantly mods should use open composite as it bypasses SteamVR and gives a great boost on FPS... Not having steams bloated systems makes it much better and quicker to load... Once you have open composite installed I used the DLL from the site not the system wide as I'm not wanting it with other games... Open Composite This is basically dropping a DLL in then main steam folder, remember to backup the original incase you want to go back... And remember you can also go to your game in steam library and turn off the screen overlay not many people use it when in VR...
