Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Rerender a video: zero-shot text-guided video-to-video translation
flowframes is just an interface for interpolation models, you can still use rige-ncnn directly if you are familiar with the stuff. https://github.com/nihui/rife-ncnn-vulkan

Best Option for Large Digital Wall Display?
Compressing the videos has become quite a project that involves the seed_travel script, a little imagemagick, upscaling with realSR, an absolute ton of interpolation with RIFE, and the swiss army knife of video tools, ffmpeg.

I'm working on a new scientific visualization library based on Vulkan, Datoviz
Datoviz is an open-source high-performance interactive scientific data visualization library leveraging the GPU via Vulkan for speed, visual quality, and scalability. It supports both 2D and 3D rendering, as well as minimal graphical user interfaces (using the Dear ImGUI library).

3d math graph with vulkan
Hi, I'm not sure it corresponds to what you want to do but this data visualization library using Vulkan was open sourced a few days ago : https://github.com/datoviz/datoviz
What are some alternatives?
flowframes - Flowframes Windows GUI for video interpolation using DAIN (NCNN) or RIFE (CUDA/NCNN)
plotly - The interactive graphing library for Python :sparkles: This project now includes Plotly Express!
dain-ncnn-vulkan - DAIN, Depth-Aware Video Frame Interpolation implemented with ncnn library
kompute - General purpose GPU compute framework built on Vulkan to support 1000s of cross vendor graphics cards (AMD, Qualcomm, NVIDIA & friends). Blazing fast, mobile-enabled, asynchronous and optimized for advanced GPU data processing usecases. Backed by the Linux Foundation.
ncnn - ncnn is a high-performance neural network inference framework optimized for the mobile platform
gatling - Hydra-enabled GPU path tracer that supports MaterialX and MDL
srmd-ncnn-vulkan - SRMD super resolution implemented with ncnn library
PortableGL - An implementation of OpenGL 3.x-ish in clean C
realsr-ncnn-vulkan - RealSR super resolution implemented with ncnn library
DearPyGui - Dear PyGui: A fast and powerful Graphical User Interface Toolkit for Python with minimal dependencies
vkQuake - Vulkan Quake port based on QuakeSpasm
blazon - A python library for assuring data structure and format via schemas like JSON Schema
