Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Retroarch on Linux doesn't detect my controller until I unplug it and plug it back in.

Cannot Download Cores (1.9.0 on RPi4, Ubuntu, arm64)
These are the plugs that are *supposed* to be connected automatically but they apparently keep changing which ones are "allowed" automatically: https://github.com/libretro/retroarch-snap/blob/master/snapcraft.yaml#L36

I run a very large Plex server and I'm interested in doing the same with a huge collection of ROMs.
