Managed to run Bad Apple in 480x368p 30fps using 176640 parts
FFMPEG to BMP 1bit since no color, fed that into rbxmk. The data is stored as a long string "000000100001" 0 being black and 1 being white.

You could try (and I have no affiliation with) http://autohotkey.com - then allocate the key to something like ctrl-F13 (often unused - but reachable via sending system keystroke).

retrieving AHK 'version.txt' screwed up by "Cloudflare's Challenge Campaign"?
Honestly, it's a bit silly of autohotkey.com to have such strict protections, especially on its downloads. You may be able to workaround by using the github releases instead which are far less restrictive.
