  • My opinion on ending
    1 project | /r/ShingekiNoKyojin | 6 Nov 2023
While the structure of the final arc is still the same, which I disliked since the start of post-timeskip, the attempt to make the chapter 139 clearer was great. Refining "Thank you for being the mass murderer for our sake" along with extended dialogue of Armin and Eren was the best thing Isayama and Mappa did. Some people in r/anime and r/ShingekiNoKyojin say that it is "spoon-feeding" to show Armin being angry at the genocide or specifically tell what Eren wants, but to be honest, it was needed. This is the final chapter. You cannot have a long drama over someone's love -life while not showing any emotions to the main problem that was at hand. Eren has committed a heinous crime, and unlike manga, it did not try to make us feel sorry for him.

    1 project | /r/anime | 7 Aug 2023
Rewatchers, please be mindful of your fellow first-timers and tag your spoilers appropriately using the r/anime spoiler tag as so \[Spoiler Subject\]\>\! "Spoilers go here." \!\< in order to have your unsightly spoilers obscured like this [Spoiler Subject]"Spoilers Go Here" if your comment holds even the slightest of indicators as to future spoilers. Feel free to discuss future plot points behind the safe veil of a spoiler tag, but please ensure our first-timers are no more privy or suspicious than they were the moment they opened the day’s thread. While Dirty Pair is episodic, and therefore this is less of a concern than usual, it's still worth mentioning.

I don't know how long the writing process will take or how long the paper will be, but it is my intention to finish this project. Upon completion, I will submit it to r/evangelion and r/anime. I think it would also be cool if I could get it published in an article somewhere, but I don't know how all that works yet...

The land of the rewatches. There was a time long ago when r/anime was called by that name. Those comment-filled episode discussions, in which manga readers were playing dumb while collecting upvotes, are now filled only with comments by moderators. However, there were two men. The enigmatic vagrant, /u/KendotsX and the former number one host, /u/Shocketheth . The two of them started shitposting as soon as this corrupted subreddit opened up.

Jenkins is a Java based CI/CD system that can be self hosted. In order to initiate builds, Jenkins utilizes a component called an agent to execute build commands. These agents can be a constantly running service or part of an on demand service such as a cloud provider or Docker containers. Kubernetes is one such solution to deploying build agents on demand. This article will look at how to setup Kubernetes as a provider for Jenkins build agents.

  • Looking for a decent (self hostable) program to orchestrate scripts, notify on failures, etc
    1 project | /r/sysadmin | 29 Jun 2023
Originally, I was using Jenkins (Yes, the CI pipeline java app) for this, but it was clear that is not its purpose, and it was fairly clunky. The only real upside was direct git support, but I don't mind incorporating git pulls into my jobs themselves.
