Inspection tool for Tkinter(?)
pygubu which has pygubu-designer is not an inspection tool but a visual designer that allow you to build a GUI by selecting widgets and manipulating their parameters. It will generate the Python code for the built GUI or you can use pygubu to import a GUI file.

Separate logic and gui in Tkinter
I've also found pygubu but it I can't find many tutorials or example for it either.

JSON-to-Tkinter Python
Hey, sorry if I came across as overly critical. When I mentioned Intellisense, I meant it in a generic way, so yeah if there was a decent complement of tooling I think writing JSONs for Tkinter could be acceptably simple. I would be interested to see how the workflow for creating Tkinter applications could be improved, though. There is another project that seems to have similar goals (using XML), as well.

Can I use some kind of visual editor to make apps using tkinter and pygame without having to type out all the coordinates of my assets?
Maybe try pygubu or tkinter-designer. I have heard of both, but not used either myself.

Pyside6 has QTDesigner that will let you build a gui. This guy on github made a tkinter-designer, but I do not know how complete it is.
