Floating Ip Between two Networks
That's kind of the issue, I'm not aware of anything nice that does this in the open-source world. There is polaris-gslb, but it doesn't seem to be maintained any more. Most of the more common implementations I've seen have been slapped on the sides of load balancer products.

kube-vip - Kubernetes Control Plane Virtual IP and Load-Balancer
docker-install - Docker installation script
vcluster - vCluster - Create fully functional virtual Kubernetes clusters - Each vcluster runs inside a namespace of the underlying k8s cluster. It's cheaper than creating separate full-blown clusters and it offers better multi-tenancy and isolation than regular namespaces.

k3d - Little helper to run CNCF's k3s in Docker
ingress-nginx - Ingress-NGINX Controller for Kubernetes
