Blinking each 3 seconds ≈ bot connected to network ... hopefully you are not running the module with 7.4V but with 4.7 volt lipo battery ... the module is specified for up to 4.4 volt ... using the module is very simple with https://github.com/AyushMarsian/SIM800L ...
