  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • termux-app

Termux - a terminal emulator application for Android OS extendible by variety of packages.

  • >hasn't had a new release since 2018

are you referring to something other than the releases at https://github.com/termux/termux-app/releases ?

  • scrcpy

Display and control your Android device

  • - enable non-resizable in multi-window

Then choose "simulate secondary displays" and choose the size (720p, 1080p, 4k)

Using https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy from your desktop and connecting to your phone allows you to choose the virtual display to connect to instead of your main phone display with the --display flag. It's similar to a chromeos feel and very performant

  • InfluxDB

  • There are images created specifically for termux. For example the link below is the first that I found.

  • termux-x11

Discontinued Not released and unmaintained Termux X11 add-on application.

  • As an alternative to the VNC method suggested here, Termux also has a separate app by the name of Termux-X11[1]. It feels snappier and the resolution of the Linux environment is automatically scaled to the available screen space you have

  • termux-monet

Termux Monet - a terminal emulator application for Android 8+ OS extendible by variety of packages, with Monet support and experimental features.
