Retro Gaming on Android Shield TV 9.0
I tried to bring my previous setup back to live, which is basically Kodi + Internet Archive Game Launcher + Retroarch. Unfortunately, due to the new storage permission handling this is not working any longer.

Error installing IAGL - xbox.python version could not be satisfied
It is still available for 18, but you cant install it from the repo. It must be manually installed. https://github.com/zach-morris/plugin.program.iagl/tree/v18
