Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Plex transcoding when it shouldn't, advice please.
If reanalysis shows the same required bandwidths, either something is wrong with Plex's bandwidth calculation, or the file was muxed/encoded strangely, resulting in there actually being a brief timeframe where the bitrate spikes over 80Mbps. You could try to use tools outside of Plex to find out one way or the other. At a glance, this project could be helpful (there may be better tools, this was the first one I found that seemed somewhat popular).
- Is there a way to measure the full bitrate variables/bandwidth of a video (besides MediaInfo)?

H265 encoding bitrate influence
Try PlotBitrate or FFmpeg Bitrate Stats to get a better understanding of the peak bitrate in the video stream.

I made a program that uses ffprobe pkt data to plot a graph showing the variation of the bitrate throughout an audio/video file.

Minecraft Server Statistics Disord Bot. Now available on Github more info in the comments
After my last post about this project got a lot of reactions, I decided to publish the whole project on Github so everyone can use it. The bot is based on Python3 and Discord.py Here is the repo link: https://github.com/Calvinwaran/Minecraft-Serverstats-Discord-Bot

made a discord bot that gives you a player and ping statistics about your server on discord. Should I publish the code?

What are some alternatives?
timetracker - Basic Time tracker built with Python. Track what applications you spend your most time on.
subreddit-analyzer - A comprehensive Data and Text Mining workflow for submissions and comments from any given public subreddit.
Reddit-Common-Word-Finder - Finds the most commonly used words in the specified subreddits and creates a pie chart based on those words.
3D-Lorenz-Attractor-simulation-with-python - 3D animation of the Lorenz Attractor trajectory, implemented in Python using the 4th order Runge-Kutta method. [Personal project]
stock-graph-python-gui - Simple GUI python app to show a stocks graph performance.
Cellular-Automatons - This repository focuses on studying and showcasing interesting patterns emerging from simple rules random motion algorithms. It contains a Conway's Game of life made in Python and a second algorithm for an animation of random walk algorithms on a 2D plane.
bitrate-variation-plotter - Plots a graph showing the bitrate every second or the bitrate of every GOP, for an audio or video file.
