Plex transcoding when it shouldn't, advice please.
If reanalysis shows the same required bandwidths, either something is wrong with Plex's bandwidth calculation, or the file was muxed/encoded strangely, resulting in there actually being a brief timeframe where the bitrate spikes over 80Mbps. You could try to use tools outside of Plex to find out one way or the other. At a glance, this project could be helpful (there may be better tools, this was the first one I found that seemed somewhat popular).

H265 encoding bitrate influence
Try PlotBitrate or FFmpeg Bitrate Stats to get a better understanding of the peak bitrate in the video stream.

I made a program that uses ffprobe pkt data to plot a graph showing the variation of the bitrate throughout an audio/video file.

Word cloud for r/realmadrid
For that reason I've found PhantomInsights' subreddit-analyzer, a tool that helped me with scraping subreddits. I've used this tool to collect all posts and comments starting with 14.02.2021. After that I've counted the words, did some filtering to remove common words, those with less than 100 mentions and also all words with a length < 2. I've let some common words for reference (so that you can relate to those words - which you may assume are used quite similar across subs).
