File sharing solution?
Jirafeau is what I use, just upload + it generates a link. When you upload it you can tell it to self delete after no. downloads/days too.

Self-hosted Email using external service to send emails
I forward everything through AWS SES. It’s a 10mb limit so I installed Jirafeau which stores files locally for attachments bigger than 10mb.
