Self hosted solution for drag-drop files

Could anyone recommend a service that I can use to simply drag-n-drop upload files without registration. i've using jirafeau and its perfect for what i want but theres in only single problem: api do not support url, just files. and thats why i come here. anyone knows a sf service that allows direct url input to api. and theres is much services i've tested but the other problem: im running it inside a webpanel (aapanel) and it only supports nodejs, python and php. if you know something that fits, please let me know
