Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I uploaded the save file to pdx.tools and tells me that I spent:

Show HN: Rust nom parsing Starcraft2 Replays into Arrow for Polars data analysis
Thanks for sharing, very inspiring. I love Rust for parsing video game replays / save files. I've authored a Rocket League replay parser (boxcars) and an entire suite of web visualizations (via Webassembly) for EU4 called pdx.tools https://pdx.tools
It's not easy to work with proprietary formats, but they've both become pretty popular, so I would 100% recommend sinking more time into this project as long as it scratches your itch. Gamers are always looking for more stats and deeper insights

Nation Explorer - browse national ideas directly from the game files (early test release)
I'm not sure though how many people would like to download an application just for this purpose. While this feature has indeed not been implemented by any other tool, you can find other web-based ones like https://eu4.osallek.net/wiki/1.35.3/idea-groups for ideas and https://pdx.tools for general analysis with more diverse features.

Is there a way to look at all tabs and map modes after you finish a game?
If you don't play on ironman, you can use the continue button to get into the game again. For ironman saves, you can look at the map modes which are available in the lobby when loading the save. Or you can melt the save to turn it into a non-ironman mode. Or you can activate a mod which just changes the enddate to continue playing. But this disables achievements and you have to make sure that the mod changes nothing else, because other changes will likely break your save(so don't use extended timeline). Or you can use websites likes skanderbeg.pm or pdx.tools to see information about your save

The Imperial Council - /r/eu4 Weekly General Help Thread: May 29 2023
You could ask the pdx.tools developers in their discord. They often implement features which are suggested to them

Is there a way to a switch countries in Ironman? Not to play as them, just to check what’s going on internally.
You can melt the save (e.g. with pdx.tools ) and then switch to them to see the details
-
TIR (today i remember) you can check if you've fired the radical reforms event on pdx.tools
R5: You can use pdx.tools to check if some advisors events have fired in your game already. I don't usually forget if i have fired radical reforms or not in my game already, but this was a quite early one, and the Korean into Korean EoC mission trees are melting my mind atm. They are great tho. I mean totally op, which is nice, but all the if, if else and whatnot are heavy in this one.

Another Mehmet's Ambition
You don't need to wait for the rebels to span. If they're unwilling to negotiate from the handle rebels screen it means you still have too much Sunni land. Unfortunately the game does a very poor job of indicating this. There's a website called pdx.tools that apparently is very good at helping here but I usually just give away one province at a time, let a day pass, and see if I've reached the necessary count. I've included pics of the flips below.

How to convert to pagan?
You can upload your save here: https://pdx.tools/ to see how much dev each religion has.

1.35 trading favors bug? (question)
I dropped one of the saves into pdx.tools & it doesnt show domination in the list of DLCs, so exiting europa somehow removed the DLC from the save. :(

This is insanely cool! Very impressed you managed to implement a full parser in Rust.
I implemented a basic one in Rust a while back: https://github.com/ZephyrBlu/rust-parser
And a full one in Python with a few bells and whistles ages ago: https://github.com/ZephyrBlu/zephyrus-sc2-parser
Don't maintain either of them though :(, and the Rust one is super rough.
SC2 is a very interesting area for data analysis, but at the same time I found it very challenging. There is so much nuance and inconsistency across games it can be really hard to do accurately do things like categorize builds or measure build timings.
The area I ended up focusing on was builds, and I feel like I did some interesting stuff there: https://sc2.gg/reports/top-openings-2022/.
I found personal statistics less interesting than aggregate statistics. Even pro games are very volatile, ladder games even more so. Extremely hard to get reliable signal out of them if you're trying to track things across games. Even simple things like Collection Rate are poor indicators without significant categorization work (Matchup, build, opponent build, etc).

There is the sc2reader parser which has been around for a while, and I also have a Python parser.

I Will Be Your Personal SC2 Analyst for $10
I love analyzing SC2. I wrote my own replay parser, I created a replay analysis site (FYI this is an old video) and I regularly post graphics of stats/analyses such as:
