    I also create my own library called JACL to facilitate my robust control synthesis (not yet for analysis, only nominal performance and stability available), and also available for discrete systems, you can check it out on my GitHub, https://github.com/koseng-lc/jacl. But...... until now, I'm not sure it is right or not.
