Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

MQTT safety in home network
You can self sign a CA certificate for yourself and run your MQTT broker via the certificate. If you do not know how to do this and become your own CA check out: https://github.com/owntracks/tools/blob/master/TLS/generate-CA.sh you can run it and it'll just work. Like this: ./generate-CA.sh You will have your certs for your server there, now you can do: ./generate-CA.sh client mosquittotestclient if you wish to have a test client, I use this for the mosquitto-sub command. Note that enigmaIOT will use your CA cert and gen it's own certs for your mqtt
