Knot DNS for auth dns and Knot resolver for recursive dns. I always seem to have issues with unbound so I'm using it instead.
I do recommend streetmerchant though. If you're wanting a hot tech item atm (Like a GPU, PS5, Xbox, etc) it's a must have. It'll send you a notification / ping when an item comes in stock. Even lets you choose model variants for GPU's and enable/disable stores.
LibrePhotos along side Next cloud as a google photos replacement.
syncthing - peer to peer file sharing - much better than owncloud in that it lets me have access to my files offline.
owntracks - it's like google location tracking.
I use a docker image I found on GitHub: https://github.com/fboaventura/dckr-mrtg
Hakatime (Open source wakatime alternative): https://github.com/mujx/hakatime

Might be worth checking out IPTV on Github. There are a few m3u files for most countries around the world: https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv
I use a self-made program, goeland, which allows you to have emails digest from RSS feeds. I use it to get news digest, daily wikipedia facts, cute pictures send daily or weekly to my Inbox. It's like rss2email but in my opinion easier to use and the emails are nicer to the eye.
I am a huge fan of Trilium, which is a Personal Knowledge Manager. It can be run stand alone, but the server is great for syncing across devices, or accessing from the web.
OpenWebRX - It's similar to the WebSDR project. With a 1m wire and a $30 receiver I can listen to FM broadcast stations from 4 countries (among other things -- the antenna is mainly for the 2m ham radio band).
I've been using Akaunting for to track my finances https://akaunting.com/

https://www.openproject.org/ - project management tool. Basically break project into tasks to book/plan time.
I'd prefer https://wakapi.dev
For route53 there is bshaw/route53-dyndns been using it for a while and works pretty well. With aws cli tools it is really easy to simply create a systemd service if you do not want to put it in a container.
here you go. it's not trivial, but it's a lot better than it used to be.
They have a new all-in-one (https://github.com/mozilla/fxa) which seems nice. It might be my system but I cannot get it to actually run once installed. Will keep trying.
