Update to Ender 3 V2 stock LCD display front panel project: The firmware is released. Please test it and report your findings. Installation guide in the comments.
My code is based on upstream marlin dwin code. Marlin UI looks like the future but it is a huge undertaking and I cannot implement this as Marlin UI singlehandedly. I can only base my work on the latest upstream code. Please have a look at my bugfix branch and let me know what you think. Is it possible to upstream it?

Tramming bed with CR Touch
The screen doesn’t work by default unfortunately. There is a workaround to get it working. But I found that the default screen is redundant since I’m controlling everything through my laptop or my phone using the web interface. So I removed the original screen entirely

Is there any firmware for 3v2 better than Jyers?
I saw this project which seems to incorporate all of that by connecting the display directly to the pi, has anyone used this successfully?

piboy as screen?
i consider myself an intermediate linux/pi/etc user, as i can putz around, follow instructions, and usually fix my mistakes. now, i was curious if, through this method, would it be possible to use the included screen on the piboy and use the integrated controls?
