ositools VS RED4ext

If you wish to keep achievements enabled and enable the gift bag dlc, you can do so by using Norbyte's script extender. it's a tool that's required for many of the mods from the steam workshop to work. Otherwise, like others have said, you have to wait until the end of act 1 to respec.

Also, many mods nowadays use this script extender dll plugin. The mod manager also has a button for autoinstalling it, no need to manual download if you go down that route.

This is a Lua transcription of the engine's code that has the damage calculations in it. .

It takes a little bit more work, but definitely recommend installing Norbyte’s Script Extender, even if you don’t add any other mods. It dramatically reduces load times, especially the launching the game loading. Here’s the link: https://github.com/Norbyte/ositools/releases

You have the script extender installed, right? (I assume so since Dye Already requires it).

https://github.com/Norbyte/ositools/releases Just put file in correct place and add start command. You will see extender info beneath loading bar once you will start game.

Not sure why it got quarantined, but you can get the same file from the github.

It was loading the additional prerequisites that led me to mod hell until I figured out what broke. I had trouble with red4ext. There's a newer version I needed that isn't posted up on the mod page.

I also needed to use a newer build of red4ext, red4ext_release_6cfbed7. The latest version on Nexus Mods wouldn't load for me or would cause Cyberpunk 2077 to flatline. You will need a Github account to download.
