Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Could you do a fork of Nano, more anonymous? Thanks.
Sure - proposals have been made on how to do this. See for example https://github.com/PlasmaPower/orv-privacy.
-
This is why Nano is the FUTURE !!
Nano not having full privacy is a deliberate choice. Deliberate, because there are ways to implement privacy in Nano on the first layer. See for example CamoBanano or the perhaps even more comprehensive PlasmaPower proposal. Obviously neither of these have been implemented on the first layer of Nano by the Nano Foundation. The reason for this is that the Nano Foundation's goal is to have Nano as broadly adopted as possible. Given the hostility of many governments to full privacy cryptocurrencies, adding privacy does not seem like an ideal move. In that sense it's very simply a practical approach.

Any nano privacy options yet?

The future of privacy on Nano
There's also CamoBanano on Banano though I have no idea what progress is like there, and the perhaps even more comprehensive PlasmaPower proposal.
-
Why you should be bearish about nano point-of-sale
And yes, there's area for improvement. PlasmaPower proposed a nano privacy model wherein balances, at least, are hidden.
-
Could/should Nano implement Confidential Transactions?
Consensus initially seems to be an issue if Nano were to implement this, but a form of it could be made compatible with ORV such as implemented here or described here.

Nano, digital cash and privacy
I think it's possible to reveal sums of commitments to determine voting weight. See this implementation: https://github.com/PlasmaPower/orv-privacy

Community Questions - Q1 2022
Orv-privacy by Plasmapower would add amount privacy.

The basics of Nano — why it’s such an exciting crypto
To be fair, not having privacy in Nano is a choice. We could clone it with privacy, see https://github.com/PlasmaPower/orv-privacy

General Info and Weekly Discussion
Recently merged Nault patch should fix infinite loading of account balances and the bug where 20 accounts were added on recovery seed/mnemonic import or ledger device import, regardless if they have been used in the past. Both of these issues appeared due to breaking RPC changes in Node versions V24.0 and V25.0. Desktop version currently does not have those fixes as it fails to build due to a compatibility issue with a bluetooth-related dependency.

Is natrium down? My transaction is in receivable.
If you import your seed to https://nault.cc/ it will immediately send/receive any pending transactions.

Bringing Decentralized Domains to Nault codebase
- I say "codebase" in the title because I'm intentionally not a maintainer nor nault dot cc domain owner, and have no control if and when it gets merged (could be years). The pull request is available at https://github.com/Nault/Nault/pull/587 and is open source. You are free to use it however you like as long as it adheres to the code license.

Relatively new to hex, I have a ledger wallet question.
Yeah a lot of people have a ledger. Best way is to properly use https://nault.cc/ and configure for ledger
-
Hi everyone. Just a quick question
https://nault.cc is the best for web / desktop
-
pending transaction
Export your seed from Trust wallet and import it into Nault at https://nault.cc/ - you will then see the nano being received into your account.
-
Nault Question (with Ledger Nano X)
fix BigNumber usage with undefined - assume 0 in that case. #573 fixes infinite balance loading when one of the wallet accounts was never used
-
Unable to import wallet
Go to https://nault.cc/ and import it there.

Cheapest Crypto to store on Ledger
Interestingly, there are even cryptocurrencies out there that claim to be "fee-less", such as Nano (XNO), however with respect to some of these, you may need to use a 3rd party wallet to manage them with your Ledger device - as is the specific case with Nano (you'll want to use a Ledger compatible 3rd party wallet, such as Nault).
What are some alternatives?
nano-node - Nano is digital currency. Its ticker is: XNO and its currency symbol is: Ӿ
