Can someone recommend me a good aim routine?
For Kovvaks here's a huge list of routines you can pick from. The actual scenario doesn't matter as long as it challenging enough and tests the skill you want to improve at.

Tips for improving static clicking/low sens question
Tile Frenzy is not a very useful scenario. Valorant is all about clicking on small targets. Tile Frenzy's targets are way too big. You could post your playlist here for advice, or try one of the Valorant routines at https://github.com/officialpure/Resources/blob/main/Sharecodes.md

I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me with, aswell as my initial Voltaic scores?
Shaky aim: to be expected when going to a higher sensitivity. It will improve with time. You can do a smoothness routine (see https://github.com/officialpure/Resources/blob/main/Sharecodes.md) if you want to focus on this.

Is it alright to have different sensitivity on specific heroes?
Aimbeast has a built-in sens randomizer if you want to try it for yourself. This program also works if you don't have Aimbeast.

Anyone here successfully adapt to a new lower sens and have the secret on how to do it?
Also, I personally enjoyed Sensitivity Randomizer https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer. I set it to change the sensitivity every 30 seconds to something else, and spammed deathmatch.

3k+ hours and I SUCK at Kovaak?
You need to signal the nervous system that that something is wrong, and that something isn't working. This is the idea behind (sensitivity randomizers)(https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer). It provides an novel stimulus that forces the motor cortex and upper motor neurons to reengage and provokes enough motor confusion to cue the nervous system to release certain neurochemicals which in turn tell neural circuits that they have to change.

How to improve hand eye coordination?
Here's the famous one which im using right now and here is the settings I use. Well, it uses a driver called Inceptor so some games can cheat-flag it. I only recommend for aim training softwares.

low sens tips for aimtraining? new to aimtraining
It's good practice to train on a variety of sensitivities, because different sensitivities emphasize different muscles and movement patterns (low sens is more about shoulder and elbow, high sens is more about wrist and fingers). Some people use a sensitivity randomizer (https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer) to make this automatic.

Taken to the extreme we can use a sensitivity randomizer (https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer) to randomly change our sensitivity.

KovaaK's could really use an in-built sens randomizer
I also know there is https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer which could be used during your KovaaK's game play. I just worry I'd forget to turn it off and have it running or in the background while I play other games and eventually get wrongfully banned for it.

- After 4.7k hours of play I changed my sensitivity (1.95) to (2.30) and I’m whiffing everything. Currently on day 4, what are some good tips to adjust?

Sensitivity randomizer
what exactly are you missing? Did you read the guide on voltaic? discord.gg/voltaic under resources but basically go to the github page and follow instructions https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer they are already written out very easy in the chapter instructions
